When we first meet we will discuss what your goals of therapy are, if you are not sure what they are, that's okay. You will share what you are experiencing such as anxiety, depression, nightmares, flashbacks, dissociation, overwhelming feelings of shame or hopelessness, and we will work together to make a treatment plan that meets your individual needs to give you relief and help you enjoy your life. I use a few different and effective approaches including dialectical behavioral therapy to give you the ability to regulate moods, sandtray therapy to give a voice to your subconscious mind, and eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy to address past traumas both big and small. I have found through these approaches my clients have achieved good results and have made huge progress in feeling better and reaching their life goals.
